San Antonio Food Bank – Eastside

Founded in 1980, the San Antonio Food Bank is a nonprofit organization that fights hunger throughout Southwest Texas by distributing food and providing resources, education, and advocacy to individuals and families in need. Serving approximately 100,000 individuals weekly through a network of over 500 partner agencies, the Food Bank operates multiple programs including direct food distribution, community kitchen meals, and the Garcia Street Urban Farm located on San Antonio's East Side.
