San Antonio Food Bank

Founded in 1980, the San Antonio Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting hunger and feeding hope in Southwest Texas. The organization distributes millions of pounds of food to over 500 partner agencies across a 16-county service area, serving more than 100,000 people weekly through food distribution, nutrition education, benefits assistance, and programs supporting long-term food security. The Food Bank operates branch locations in New Braunfels, Frio County, and San Angelo, with specialized programs for children, seniors, and veterans.
