North Texas Pantry
About
North Texas Pantry is a nonprofit food pantry dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the North Texas region. Founded in 1979 as an outreach of Floral Heights United Methodist Church following a devastating tornado, the organization became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2015 and changed its name to North Texas Pantry in 2017 to reflect its expanded service area. The pantry serves more than 26,000 individuals annually across multiple counties in North Texas, including children, veterans, and seniors, providing nutritious food to low-income individuals and families in need.
