EJU Food Shelf

EJU Food Shelf, formally the Essex-Jericho-Underhill Ecumenical Food Shelf, is a nonprofit food pantry operated by a collaboration of area churches that was formed in 1983 to address food insecurity in the community. The organization provides monthly food distributions including shelf-stable items, dairy, fresh produce, meats, bread, personal care items, pet food, and diapers to residents of Essex, Jericho, and Underhill. In addition to operating the food shelf, the organization manages emergency aid requests and provides support for educational experiences for community members.
