New Community Project Food Share

New Community Project is a nonprofit organization serving the Starksboro area with a Food Share program that distributes food boxes to families facing food insecurity from area communities. Established in 2015, the organization grows produce in its Food Justice Gardens and partners with local donors and organizations to combine fresh local vegetables with contributions from area grocery stores, while also operating Little Free Pantries and providing emergency heating assistance to residents in need.
