Swanton Community Food Shelf – Nativity Parish Center

Swanton Community Food Shelf is a nonprofit organization providing emergency food services to residents of Swanton and Highgate, Vermont. Located at the Church of the Nativity Parish Center, the food shelf offers community food services along with seasonal Farm to Family coupons and may have personal care items available depending on donations. The organization also partners with Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital and Vermont Foodbank's VeggieVanGo program to provide regular fresh produce.
