Duffy’s Food Pantry

Duffy's Food Pantry in Locust Grove is a nonprofit food assistance program operated by the Battlefield Ladies Auxiliary under their 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and supported by the St. Vincent de Paul Society. The pantry was named in honor of Jim Duffy, a longtime St. Patrick Church parishioner and school employee who began organizing food drives in the 1980s and continued serving the community until his passing in November 2024. Duffy's Pantry provides supplemental food assistance to families in need and works with local donations and community partners to distribute items including fresh produce, meats, and dry goods.
