Nelson County Pantry

Nelson County Pantry is a privately funded, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Lovingston, Virginia, operated entirely by dedicated volunteers and sustained by contributions from local churches, civic organizations, businesses, and private individuals. The organization serves Nelson County residents by providing supplemental food assistance, distributing over 35,000 pounds of food monthly to approximately 275 households and 800 individuals, with support from community members including students from North Branch School who help stock and pack grocery boxes.
