Mt Jackson Open Door Food Pantry

Open Door Food Pantry is a nonprofit organization established in 1992 to address food insecurity in central Shenandoah County. The pantry receives food donations from partners including Food Lion and the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank, which it distributes to families in need. Operating as a volunteer-driven organization with no paid staff, Open Door Food Pantry serves the Mt. Jackson community through its mission to provide nutritional food assistance to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity.
