CCap Winchester Food Pantry

About

Congregational Community Action Project (CCAP) Winchester Food Pantry has served the Winchester and Frederick County communities since 1974 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing homelessness and providing food assistance to those facing food insecurity. The pantry offers fresh produce, protein, dairy, canned and boxed goods, along with hygiene products, cleaning supplies, and pet supplies to eligible residents. Beyond their food pantry, CCAP provides clothing assistance through their Unique Boutique and financial help with rent, utilities, and car repairs, while also maintaining community Freedges—24-hour community refrigerators stocked by neighbors with fresh produce and other shared items.
