White Center Food Bank

White Center Food Bank is a nonprofit organization that has served the greater White Center and Highline areas since the mid-1970s, when it was established as an emergency response during an economic downturn. As a woman-of-color-led organization, the food bank distributes food to the community at no fee while offering specialized programs including home delivery, mobile pop-up food banks, senior-specific distributions, and culturally responsive services that embrace community diversity. The organization serves thousands of households monthly across one of King County's most diverse neighborhoods, supporting low-income families in White Center, Boulevard Park, and unincorporated South King County.
