Trim Hunger

Trim Hunger is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Appleton, Wisconsin, dedicated to addressing food insecurity in the Fox Cities region and across America. Founded in 2015 by Josif Wittnik, the organization evolved from an initial fundraising effort called “Cut Out Hunger” to become a comprehensive community initiative that operates food pantries, provides essential food items to partner organizations, and installs community food pantries at local schools. Through partnerships with institutions like Franklin Elementary School and collaborations with local businesses and the Salon Professional Academy franchise, Trim Hunger continues to expand its reach in combating hunger and supporting those in need throughout Wisconsin.
