Market on River, located at 128 W. River Street in downtown Chippewa Falls, is a mixed-use development and the headquarters of Wisconsin Farmers Union, a member-driven nonprofit organization committed to supporting family farmers and rural communities. The 45,000-square-foot restored historic building features a food hall, retail shops, restaurants, event spaces, residential apartments, and community gathering areas designed to support local businesses and vendors. Opened in December 2024, Market on River serves as an economic and civic hub for the region, hosting monthly markets and hosting local vendors selling locally sourced products and crafts.
