Notre Dame Catholic Church

Notre Dame Catholic Church is a historic Roman Catholic parish located at 117 Allen Street in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, affiliated with the Diocese of La Crosse. The current church building, constructed of local sandstone, was dedicated on August 22, 1872, and is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places as an architectural landmark built in the Romanesque style. As Chippewa County’s first church and the “Mother Church of the Chippewa Valley,” Notre Dame has served its diverse community since its founding in 1855 and continues to offer Mass, Eucharistic Adoration in the Goldsmith Memorial Chapel, and religious education programs.
