Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association

The Eau Claire Area Hmong Mutual Assistance Association, Inc. (ECAHMAA) was founded in 1982 to support the Hmong community in northwestern Wisconsin by addressing challenges including culture shock, language barriers, education, and employment opportunities. The nonprofit provides safe and affordable housing, domestic violence services, career development, and culturally specific support to help empower the Chippewa Valley’s Hmong population and advance economic, social, and cultural opportunities for the community.
