AWARE in Evansville

AWARE in Evansville is a grassroots nonprofit program created in 1998 to serve low-income families, seniors, and disabled adults within the Evansville community. Based in Evansville, Wisconsin, it operates as a program of Community Action, Inc. of Rock and Walworth Counties and provides comprehensive services including Snackpackers weekly food distribution to students, emergency rental and utility assistance, holiday programs, educational scholarships, and teen dating violence prevention initiatives. All financial and in-kind contributions to AWARE are invested directly into the Evansville community to support local families and neighbors in need.
