West CAP

West CAP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community action agency established in 1965, making it one of the first community action agencies in the United States. Located at 525 2nd Street in Glenwood City, Wisconsin, West CAP serves seven counties in west-central Wisconsin by providing comprehensive services including housing, food assistance, home weatherization, job training, adult education, and transportation support to low-income families. The organization is dedicated to helping families overcome poverty and achieve economic stability while working to create more just and sustainable communities.
