Interfaith Caregivers-Ozaukee

Established in 1993, Interfaith Caregivers of Ozaukee County is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization located in Grafton, Wisconsin, dedicated to enabling seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain independent in their homes. The organization operates an all-volunteer program providing free services including transportation to medical appointments and errands, friendly visits, phone calls, respite care, and assistance with a health equipment lending program. Recently recognized as an AmeriCorps Seniors Program of the Year honoree, Interfaith Caregivers relies on dedicated community volunteers to serve residents throughout Ozaukee County.
