New Community Shelter Inc

New Community Shelter Inc is a nonprofit organization founded in 1994 and located at 301 Mather Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin, serving as the only year-round emergency shelter in Brown County for homeless adults. The shelter provides emergency and transitional housing, meals served 365 days a year, case management, mental health and addiction counseling, vocational training, and educational programs to help residents achieve self-sufficiency. Currently undertaking a $14 million expansion project to create 41 supportive housing units, the organization continues to be recognized as one of Wisconsin’s most respected shelters.
