Rooted In Inc.

Rooted In Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2023 by Selena Darrow, headquartered at 330 S. Broadway Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The organization combats food insecurity by recovering surplus food from local businesses and distributing it as nutritious, individually packaged meals through community partnerships. With expanded operations including a new commercial kitchen, Rooted In works to bridge the gap between food waste and community hunger while building cooking skills and promoting access to fresh, local foods across Greater Green Bay.
