Hudson Food Cupboard
About
Hudson Food Cupboard is a nonprofit food bank located in the lower level of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church at 1500 Vine Street in Hudson, Wisconsin, serving individuals and families experiencing food insecurity in the Hudson and surrounding St. Croix County communities. Founded in 1983 and operated entirely by volunteers from 12 area churches, the organization allows clients to shop for groceries twice monthly at no charge through scheduled appointments, offering essential food items and household goods while treating all visitors with dignity and respect. The Food Cupboard is supported by donations, grants, and community contributions, with all funds directed toward purchasing items not typically donated, such as fresh meats, eggs, dairy, and personal care products.
