ELCA Outreach Center

The ELCA Outreach Center is a nonprofit faith-based organization serving Kenosha, Wisconsin, providing comprehensive support to low-income families and individuals in urban neighborhoods. Established in February 1997, the center operates as an outreach ministry of eight ELCA Lutheran congregations endorsed by the Greater Milwaukee Synod, offering services including a free clothing closet, job search assistance, legal advice, prescription medication assistance, adult education programs, and youth initiatives. Located at 6218 26th Avenue in Kenosha, the center shares God’s love by helping community members become self-sufficient, caring, and active participants in their neighborhoods.
