Racine Kenosha Community Action Agency (RKCAA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and strengthening families across Racine and Kenosha Counties. Since its establishment in Racine in 1967 and expansion to Kenosha in 1978, RKCAA has provided comprehensive anti-poverty services including food security programs (WIC, CSFP, and emergency food assistance), housing stability services, workforce development, and maternal and family support. With a Kenosha location at 2000 63rd Street, the organization operates as a centralized resource hub serving vulnerable populations through wraparound services and strategic community partnerships.
