Kane St Community Garden

Kane Street Community Garden, operated by the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse and located at 801 Kane Street on La Crosse’s north side, has been providing fresh, locally grown produce to the community since 1998. The nonprofit garden produces approximately 30,000 pounds of organic vegetables and fruits annually, which are distributed free to La Crosse residents in need, with volunteers working to grow beans, tomatoes, peppers, grapes, and apples throughout the growing season from March through October.
