W C Resource Center & Food Pantry – Food Distribution Center

The organization was originally opened in 2009 at the Lake Geneva location but later relocated to Elkhorn. The W C Resource Center & Food Pantry serves Walworth County residents in need by providing food, diapers, hygiene products, and other essential items. Opened in 2009 by community members including Sal Dimiceli, Frank Guske Jr., and Jim Drescher, the nonprofit organization began at its Lake Geneva location on County Highway H and has since become an integral part of the county’s food assistance infrastructure. Operating as a nonprofit powered entirely by volunteers, the organization assists hundreds of families monthly throughout greater Walworth County, including Lake Geneva, Elkhorn, Delavan, and surrounding communities.
