Grant County Aging-Disability

The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Grant County, located at 8820 Highway 35/61 South in Lancaster, Wisconsin, serves older adults, people with disabilities, and their families and caregivers. The center provides free, unbiased information and support services including benefit counseling, transportation assistance, caregiver programs, and senior nutrition programs to help Grant County residents stay independent and connected.
