ADRC of the Lakeshore – Manitowoc County

The ADRC of the Lakeshore is a government organization located at 1701 Michigan Ave. in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, serving older people and people with disabilities along with their families and caregivers in Kewaunee and Manitowoc Counties. The organization serves as a “One Stop Shop” providing information and assistance on caregiving, insurance coverage, long-term care, medication coverage, transportation, and other community resources and benefit programs. The ADRC develops comprehensive aging plans every three years to support growth in programs and services for the aging population across both counties.
