German Fest Milwaukee, Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 1981 based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, that organizes and produces one of the largest German festivals in North America. The organization celebrates and preserves German culture, customs, and ethnic awareness through an annual festival held during the last full weekend of July at Henry Maier Festival Park on the Lake Michigan shoreline, featuring authentic German food, traditional music and dance, cultural exhibits, and activities for all ages. The festival fosters community understanding across different ethnic and cultural backgrounds while serving as a cherished Milwaukee tradition.
