WayForward Resources – Office & Support Services

WayForward Resources, located at 3502 Parmenter Street in Middleton, Wisconsin, is a nonprofit organization formerly known as Middleton Outreach Ministry. The organization prevents homelessness and ends hunger by providing food pantry services, clothing assistance, housing stability support, emergency financial assistance, and case management services throughout Dane County, Middleton, Cross Plains, and parts of west Madison. Through community partnerships with local businesses, churches, schools, and service clubs, WayForward Resources serves over 5,000 people annually with free programs and support that helps individuals and families achieve stable housing and food security.
