Alicia’s Place FoodShare Resource Center – Hunger Task Force

Alicia’s Place FoodShare Resource Center is a nonprofit facility operated by the Hunger Task Force, Milwaukee’s anti-hunger organization, located at 4144 North 56th Street in Midtown Center on the city’s north side. The center, which opened in July 2021, provides one-on-one assistance to low-income families and individuals with FoodShare benefits and other critical resources, with multilingual staff serving primarily the Black and Hmong communities. Named after longtime community advocate Alicia Williams, the center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and serves thousands of community members annually with dignity-focused services and support in multiple languages.
