Kinship Community Food Center – St. Casimir Site

Kinship Community Food Center – St. Casimir Site is a nonprofit food center located at 924 E Clarke Street in Milwaukee’s Riverwest neighborhood that engages volunteers and residents to end hunger, isolation, and poverty. Originally founded as the Riverwest Food Pantry in the late 1970s through a partnership between St. Casimir Parish and the East Side Housing Action Committee, the organization was renamed Kinship Community Food Center in 2022 to reflect its holistic, relationship-centered approach to addressing food insecurity. The St. Casimir site provides a grocery store-like experience with fresh produce, hot meals, and community programming, operating on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30-10:30 AM.
