Neighbors Helping Neighbors Food Closet

Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community resource hub located at 102 East Lincoln Street in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin, providing a free food closet with fresh produce, dairy, frozen meats, and shelf-stable groceries, plus a clothing closet with gently used apparel and household essentials. Founded in March 2020, the organization operates as an open-shop pantry model designed to create a dignified shopping experience and serves hundreds of families monthly across the Mount Horeb Area School District and surrounding rural communities. In addition to food and clothing assistance, Neighbors Helping Neighbors provides access to a social worker and other relief services including gas cards, school supplies, and information on housing and utility assistance.
