Five Loaves Food Shelf

Five Loaves Food Shelf is a volunteer-run nonprofit organization founded in 1986 that provides free food assistance to individuals and families residing within the New Richmond school district. Located at 144 West Third Street in New Richmond, Wisconsin, the organization distributes non-perishable items, fresh produce, and other perishable products, allowing clients to visit twice monthly to select food appropriate for their dietary needs. In 2024, Five Loaves distributed over 280,000 pounds of food to more than 3,700 households and operates multiple community programs including a clothing center, home deliveries for seniors, and a community meal program.
