Open Pantry Food Marts of Wisconsin, founded in 1966, is a privately held convenience store chain headquartered in Pleasant Prairie at 10505 Corporate Drive. The company operates nearly 40 convenience stores throughout Wisconsin and northern Illinois, providing customers with fuel, coffee, grab-and-go food, newspapers, milk, and tobacco products. Open Pantry is known for its Willow Creek Coffee initiative, which transforms stores into bistro-like environments and includes an espresso bar first established on a University of Wisconsin campus in 2005.
