Halo, Inc.

The Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization (HALO), Inc. is a nonprofit shelter located at 2000 DeKoven Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin that operates 24/7/365 to serve men, women, and families experiencing homelessness. Founded in 2005, HALO offers emergency shelter with 120 beds, supportive services, and housing programs designed to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and housing stability. The organization provides individualized case management and has helped over 2,000 adults return to stable housing since its inception, while serving approximately 700 individuals annually and serving as the lead agency for the HUD-designated Continuum of Care for Racine County.
