Racine County Food Bank

The Racine County Food Bank, formed in 1983 as Racine County Project Emergency, distributes over one million pounds of food annually at no cost to the community through a network of emergency food providers including food pantries, homeless shelters, and community meal programs. Located at 2000 De Koven Ave in Racine, Wisconsin, the nonprofit organization operates as Racine County’s “United Way of Food” and serves as a United Way Partner Provider. With four staff members supported by hundreds of volunteers, the food bank efficiently collects, warehouses, and distributes food and necessities to individuals and families throughout Racine County in need.
