Rhinelander Area Food Pantry

The Rhinelander Area Food Pantry (RAFP) is a nonprofit organization located at 627 Coon Street in Rhinelander, Wisconsin that has served the community since its opening in April 2005. As an all-volunteer, non-denominational 501(c)(3) organization, RAFP provides nutritious foods including staples, bread, produce, meats, and dairy products to nearly 1,700 residents in the Northwoods area, supported by approximately 450 volunteers contributing an estimated 14,000 hours annually. The organization operates multiple community programs including the Hodag Monster Meals and Food Wagon for children and teens, maintains a volunteer-driven community garden, and partners with UW-Extension on nutrition initiatives to promote food security and healthy eating in the region.
