Couleecap

Couleecap is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties, with operations based at 217 North Black River Street in Sparta, Wisconsin. The organization provides comprehensive support services to low-income residents, including food assistance through local food pantries, homeless prevention and assistance programs, fuel assistance, low-income housing options, and home rehabilitation services.
