Hunger and Poverty Prevention Partnership of Portage County

The Hunger and Poverty Prevention Partnership of Portage County (now operating as PartnersHP) was formed in October 2000 and expanded in 2006 to address both hunger and poverty issues in Portage County. Located in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, this nonprofit partnership brings together individuals from public and private sectors to implement four key initiatives: Empty Bowls, Giving Gardens, Mobile Pantry, and RentReady, which collectively work to grow food, feed people, and house families throughout the county.
