Northwest Community Services Agency

Northwest Wisconsin Community Services Agency, Inc. (NWCSA) is a nonprofit organization established in 1967 as a Community Action Agency to address poverty in five northwest Wisconsin counties including Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield, Iron, and Price. Located at 1118 Tower Avenue in Superior, NWCSA provides comprehensive services to low-income residents including food pantry assistance, free tax preparation, WIC programs, housing and homelessness prevention, adult day services, and senior volunteer programs. The agency serves as a community hub bringing together local, state, and national partners to promote economic security and opportunity for residents across the region.
