Prairie Kitchen

The Prairie Kitchen is a shared multi-purpose commercial kitchen operated by Badger Prairie Needs Network (BPNN), a nonprofit organization serving Verona, Wisconsin since 1986. The kitchen serves hot lunches for 200 people, repackages food that would otherwise go to landfills, and functions as a space for nutrition classes and an incubator for food-based businesses.
