The THRIFTY PICKLE aka THRIFTY PICKINS’ & Buckies

Thrifty Pickins’ & Buckies is a donation-based resale boutique located at 980 WI-16 in West Salem, Wisconsin, that offers gently used clothing, household goods, books, and electronics at bargain prices. Originally founded in 2017 as Rootincrown before moving to West Salem with its new name, the business supports local nonprofits by directing approximately half of its proceeds to registered charitable organizations while operating with the help of volunteers from those charities. Since its inception, the store has raised $100,000 for local nonprofits and serves the La Crosse County community with affordable secondhand shopping and meaningful community impact.
