Thrift Culture Market is a community-focused marketplace located at 980 Highway 16 in West Salem, Wisconsin, housing the Thrifty Pickins resale boutique and approximately 35 vendor spaces offering antiques, vintage goods, and collectibles. The Thrifty Pickins resale shop, originally established as Rootincrown in 2017, has raised $100,000 for local nonprofits since its inception and relocated to West Salem to better serve the community. The market opened in May 2022 and has become a destination for unique finds with extended operating hours serving the La Crosse area.
